Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; To facilitate finding efficiency applicant
Follow up the company policies and procedures to close the recruitment cycle on time and ensure the quality of work.
Determine the supply of the applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications to ensure that applicant meet the requirement.
Coordinate with candidate about onboarding and follow with agencies for deployment
Source CV and collect information for candidate; analyzing cv; verifying references to comparing the qualifications with the job requirements.
Updated Daily Report for recruitment ,hiring transaction for requirement.
Skills
Experience of Labor Law.
2 Years of experience in Recruitment.
Knowing to deal with Taaqat, Bab rizq jameel, HRDF for sourcing candidates.
Must be bilingual language Arabic & English.
MS office.
Communication skills of negotiation.
Expertise of sourcing CVs and head hunting.
