Manage company’s real estate development projects
from budgets, schedule & sales.
Establish and develop project delivery approach
including phasing, procurement, permitting.
Study lands and properties and working on a
best-use analysis.
Perform standard and property-specific due
diligence.
Expansion of Ministry of Housing Projects through
Iskan program
Prepares project feasibility analysis and makes
recommendations to the senior leadership team for
developments of projects.
Participate in the design process of new projects by
providing design concept guidance and analysis, and
budget, schedule and constructability input.
Prepare and track project schedules from due
diligence through construction completion.
Prepares all relevant documentation and certification
to ensure the project compliance.
Lead the strategy to implement sales forecasts.
