the responsibilities:
Governance
Attendance of board meetings and internal meetings, ensuring that all decisions and further are documented and circulated to all relevant stakeholders.
Ensure that the authority matrix approved by the company is followed and implemented.
Ensure all SOP, Policies and procedures are in place for all departments and shared with relevant stakeholders.
Creating a portfolio of records and licenses for the companies and the responsibility for renewing and amending if necessary.
Compliance
Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
Manage compliance committee and report to management.
Drafting administrative circulars in coordination with the Executive Management, announcing them, and following up their implementation.
Insurance
Ensure that all requirements of the insurance company and the obligations agreed upon with the company are applied.
Ensure that all company assets that need insurance are covered by the insurance company.
Assets
Responsible for assets safeguarding and the periodic inventory check of the company's assets.
Manage Assets physical assets committee (Bookkeeping, selling)
Full responsibility of motors from regular maintenance, safety of use, reporting on decisions and ensuring the implementation.
General Administration
Point of contact for the company's relationship with governmental and non-governmental agencies.
Communicate with suppliers to ensure the integrity of contracts and improve the relationships.
Dealing with employees' complaints, listening to their requests and developing appropriate solutions, after reviewing the human resources department.
Responsible for legal department and the cases and disputes and submitting reports thereon to the holding company.
Security responsibility of the company and the management of the security guard.
