Duties and Responsibilities:
● Lead all leasing activities, including attracting new clients, vetting prospective clients, rental
negotiations and the development of attractive leasing packages.
● Develop and follow-up with potential retailers.
● Manage daily and weekly marketing and leasing reports.
● Meet tenants to encourage leasing relations Full understanding of tenant mix and their efficient
distribution in the mall.
