Job Description

Responsibility:  

  • Conduct in-depth strategic analysis to ascertain external and internal situational factors and identify key industry trends, Study the best practices and Present the OD Strategy to the Management to initiate the Strategic initiatives to be competitive.

 

  • Working Directly with Executive Management of all Business Units to (re-)design Organizations to be more agile & employee centric by Cascading Company Vision & Values to each Component of the Organizations. 2 of 3

 

  • Perform Detailed analysis of Organization Structures (OS) to ensure the OS Alignment with the Business Strategy & Processes. Use the Work levels Theory to Raise & Recommend about Optimization of Management Layers, Span of control, Reporting Relationships. Benchmark the Job Titles to ensure the Standardization.

 

  • Review and develop job descriptions in line with Revised annual Business plan & strategy.

 

  • Lead Job Evaluation Sessions of “Evaluation Committee”.

 

  • Perform role of custodian for Group Organizational Structures, Job Descriptions and Job Evaluations.

 

  • Review the processes, activities, existing manpower and propose an optimized Manpower by using indigenously developed “Workforce Optimization Framework” and “FTE Calculator”

 

  • Developed Complete Package of KPI Based Performance Management System which Includes: PMS Layout, Criteria, Policy, Tools, Process Flows and Communication Plan & Contents.

 

  • Developed Complete Career Path & 9-Box Succession Planning Toolkit which Includes: Assessment Matrix, Tools, Process Flow, Succession Charts and Forms.

 

  • Developed Strategic Job Rotation framework to Enhance the Employee Motivation & Development in various scenarios.

 

  • Perform regular analysis of remuneration trends in KSA and the region; establish benchmarks for comparison and recommend the most suitable remuneration and rewards system for the company

Skills

Skills:

Bachelor Degree in HR or Business

 with Excellent English Communication skills 

Experience as O.D in the Construction field
