Planning Manager

Maintain the scope of work, procedures and schedules are adhered to achieve project objectives with alignment with the Client needs and KCC abilities.

Monitoring and reviewing projects progress with all concerned departments in head office and on- sites for all kind of activities that are related to the project planning and submit reports on time as per Report Frequency List.

Assess& review the Contractor to Ensure that the Contractor prepares an acceptable project program with resource, cost loading and properly updates it on regular basis.

Evaluate the Compeering process between the project progress against the master schedule and the Contractor’s Construction Program to analyze any areas in delay (or ahead of the schedule) and report to the project team thereon.

Raise early warnings of potential risks to project delivery in order to identify solutions therefore, in conjunction with the Project Team; recognizing programmed activities as necessary to mitigate any time, disruption or cost impact and to expedite the work to finish the project on time.

Control & Monitor the Contractor’s monthly progress report and application for payment and arrange for any necessary adjustments thereto.

Monitor construction progress on- site and assist the Project Team in the preparation of recovery action plans to address the delays and keep the project on the right track.

Control the allocation of Planning Engineers on different project sites and highlights the delay project/s and submit corrective actions.
