1. Check the SVR, Prohibition notice, safety violation to monitor safety requirement as per contract client.
2. Collect all the quality parameters like CAN, QAN, & NCR to full fill the requirement of the quality from
   the client.
3. Submitting progress invoices to maintain the cash flow.
4. Conducting progress meeting with the operation manager, CEO presentation meeting, and Internal site
   progress meeting to run the project in a professional way and get any comment from the managers.
5. Monitoring & controlling of wastage of material to reduce the wastage and to keep the material as per
   company standard wastage limit.
6. Identify the critical activity & troubleshoot for keeping the project as schedule plan.
   8. Check the invoices of subcontractor & supplier to run the subcontractor in a professional way
7. Submitting & approval of shop drawings/ as-built drawings and Submitting & approval of materials to
   maintain the project as per timeframe.
8. Check all types of the job must follow the HSE rules to ensure their safety during doing their roles as per
   attached General rules.

1. 10+ years preferred at least 7 years in GCC with ARAMCO, RC, Mega Construction Project Building with amount 1 Billion or 2 Billion
2. Experiences PrimaVera.6.
3. Have good knowledge in Planning, Cost Control, PMP.
4. PMP Certified.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Planning and organization skills, and Quality Management Principal.
6. ISO 9001-2015 Training
7. Excellent technical skills.
8. Good numerical skills and an understanding of statistics.
