Job Description
Develop and control multidisciplinary teams to ensure that action plans are implemented and changes achieved that will support the organization’s core objectives within schedule time, budget estimate and quality standards.
1. Monitor the approved work schedule to achieve the required progress.
2. Check the SVR, Prohibition notice, safety violation to monitor safety requirement as per contract client.
3. Collect all the quality parameters like CAN, QAN, & NCR to full fill the requirement of the quality from the client.
4. Submitting progress invoices to maintain the cash flow.
5. Conducting progress meeting with the operation manager, CEO presentation meeting, and Internal site progress meeting to run the project in professional way and get any comment from the managers
6. Monitoring & controlling of wastage of material to reduce the wastage and to keep material as per company standard wastage limit.
7. Identify the critical activity & trouble shoot for keeping the project as schedule plan.
8. Check the invoices of subcontractor & supplier to run the subcontractor in professional way
9. Submitting & approval of shop drawings/ as built drawings and Submitting & approval of materials to maintain the project as per time frame.
10. Check all types of job must follow the HSE rules to ensure their safety during doing their roles as per attached General rules.

Skills
BSc Degree Civil engineer or equivalent.
Certification in PMP.
10+ years’ experience with in 3 years as a Project Manager.
