Job Description
To supervise the visits and logs of entry to ensure that all operations are recorded according to the system and to conduct an inspection
- to supervise the visits and logs of entry to ensure that all operations are recorded according to the system and to conduct regular inspections within the site to ensure security procedures Direct supervision of movement records for all incoming and outgoing vehicles to and from the site, and periodically monitoring inspections
- Developing and implementing security policies and procedures in cooperation with the company's administrative affairs department- Reviewing the visit log periodically and conducting inspection campaigns inside the site to ensure compliance with the established instructions in cooperation with the site safety department and recording violations periodically Review reports on accidents and violations and supervise investigations to resolve issues related to security and protection.
- Supervising the coordination of employees when responding to emergencies and warnings.
- Inspection of security personnel in their places of stationing, completeness of uniforms and cleanliness of appearance, monitoring the movement of attendance and departure of security personnel and the daily work of attendance and absence
