Job Description
| Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation (In bound-Out bound ) and internal customer services while enhancing our quality standards. |
| Direct, optimise and coordinate full order cycle |
| Liaise with all the parties in the value chain icluding vendors and customers |
| Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency |
| Plan routes and process shipments / Deliveries |
| Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, quality and timeline targets |
| Resolve any arising problems or complaints |
| Work effectively with Demand Planning, Operations, Sales, Engineering , Quality Control and Finance to identify opportunities for improvement and drive efficiency |
| Supervise, coach and train SC workforce while maintaining quality of operations and total cost of the supply chain as top priority. |
| Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements |
| Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements |
